Youth arrested for raping 12 year old girl in Srinagar: Police
“The accused is close relative of victim girl child”
Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday said that they have arrested one accused for raping a 12 year old child in Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.
In a tweet, Srinagar Police wrote, “One Accused namely Zaid Feroz of old barzulla, Srinagar aged 22 years arrested for raping a 12 year old child (name withheld). The accused is close relative of victim girl child. FIR no 56/2023 under sections 5, 6 of POCSO act registered in Sadar PS & investigation started.”
